What payment methods do you accept?

We use STRIPE and Paypal to process all payments, and ATELME does not store any credit card numbers. When paying by card, you can use Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by STRIPE with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are handled only by STRIPE and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your STRIPE. ATELME does not charge any extra costs for card payments.  When paying by credit or debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, ATELME may automatically cancel your order.
We accept Paypal, credit card, and debit card (linked to Paypal).

PayPal’s website is secure and encrypted. We also use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Customers who are signed in to their account have the ability to use previously saved credit card information for a faster checkout. This information is stored securely through trusted payment gateways (Braintree or PayPal).

What if I don't have a Paypal account?

Don’t worry, you don’t need to own a PayPal account to pay: you can enter your credit card information directly to PayPal and complete your payment. You don’t need to register your PayPal account either.

1) Ensure that the option “pay with debit or credit card” is chosen.
If your PayPal page looks the same, either press “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” or “Check out as a Guest.”

2. Enter the details of your credit card.

Address, email & phone number may also be requested depending on your country of origin.
Tap on “Review and Proceed” when you’re finished.

3. Click the “Pay Now” tab.

4. Click on “no, thank you” when asked to build a PayPal account. Your order has been filled!

Over, man! In the near future, you will receive your order confirmation email to confirm your purchase.

How do I cancel an order? Can I get a refund?

We will not grant refunds until the order has been put in the PROCESS OF Formation or Delivered. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering, we will cancel your order and refund it.

I received only a part of my order. Where are the other items?

We ship from various parts of the globe using different carriers, so some things ship earlier than others. As well, some packages sometimes face delays in delivery, while others do not. If you would like to know the status of your other products , please email us with your name and order number.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. 

How much is the shipping cost?

Our main warehouse is located in Latvia, Europe. We have also warehouses in USA for USA orders. So for any orders, your shiny package should arrive within 3-15 business days once delivered.

For other foreign orders, we ship from our partner factories all over the world based on availability and proximity. Your package is supposed to arrive in around 1 to 4 weeks after shipment but can take up to 6 weeks or longer due to other delays.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partner warehouses all over the world based on availability and proximity. So please assume that your products will be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).

My order has not arrived yet? Why?

Although some shipments may arrive early, others may encounter delays in delivery, or you may be living in a more remote location from where our nearest factory is located. If you do not receive your order within 8 weeks, we will help you reship your order or refund it.

Returns & Exchanges

I don't like the product. Can I get a refund?

We would like our customers to be satisfied, please contact us within a week of receipt of the shipment to start the return process. Send email to: info@atelme.com

We give FREE returns / exchanges if there are any defects associated with the products that are the product of our manufacture. Otherwise customer is responsible for the shipping and return process costs.

I got the wrong size/color. Can I exchange the product?

If you chose the wrong size, unfortunately, we cannot offer a FREE exchange, but we can help offer a low-cost alternative if you bring up the issue to us. In case the fault is on us, any exchange costs will be covered.
